Chinese New Year (the traditional Spring Festival ) is just around the corner.
It is a festival of family reunion, we’ll leave for the holiday from Feb 7 to 18.
Considering the 2~7 business days order processing time(weekends and holidays are not counted),
orders placed during Feb 1 ~17 might not be shipped out until we are back from the holiday.
No worries, we’ll work overtime to process orders after we get back.

Considering it is an unusual 2020 caused by the COVID-19, many workers chose to go home earlier than previous years.We will close our office & factory in early Feb, we will be back to work on Feb 19.During the holiday, we are sorry to say we are unable to process orders or prepare shipments. But you can still place orders, we will process the orders as our top priorities when we get back.As you know, our normal processing time is 2-7 business days(weekends and holidays are not counted).
If you place orders during the holiday, or just after the holiday, -
1-For the first 24hours after the order is placed, our customer can request a cancellation. We can cancel your order and issue a full refund.

The e-mail address you left when you placed the order2-After 24hours to 47hours, the order could not be canceled free of charge. There will be a related handling fee/processing fee.
