HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER? ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

1-For the first 24hours after the order is placed, our customer can request a cancellation. We can cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Customers are recommended to send an e-mail to service@shestar.com, or sales@shestar.com

Please include the below info:

Your order number
The recipient name
The e-mail address you left when you placed the order

 

2-After 24hours to 47hours, the order could not be canceled free of charge. There will be a related handling fee/processing fee.

Generally speaking, we will charge 20%~30% of the order value as a processing fee.

 

3-After 48hours, we are sorry to say we can not cancel the order anymore.

If the order is now in processing status for two days or more, it means all the related departments are involved.

Much time and energy are put into the preparation. So we can not cancel the order.

Please do a double check before and after you place the order;)
