If the order quantity is small and only contains several pieces items, the shipping cost might be higher averagely because the base charge of the courier is a little high.
Returns
Items returned within 30 days from the parcel signed date, which is in the same condition as original, will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

Whatever you have in mind – whether in terms of style, color, size, or material, you can send the type of clothing you want to customize to our e-mail address. service@shestar.com
But to make your own styles always includes the MOQ(minimum order quantity), generally speaking, 200-300pcs per color of the custom-made style. You can mix the sizes, it is better if the qty of each size is the same.
The MOQ for different styles may be different. The sample pcs charge is USD50~100 per style. The USD50 here is the lowest /cheapest charge for making 1pc sample(top), with normal fabric, accessory, technique & handcraft. The sample price may vary depending on the choices of fabrics, accessories, and techniques. The 1set sample may be more expensive.
The below are the steps:
1-You send your customized designs to our e-mail address service@shestar.com
2-Our designers and factory workers will adjust the design sketch for you according to their experiences
3-After you confirm the sketch, you can pay us the sample cost USD50-USD100, and we will start to make the sample. It takes about 7-10days
4-We can ship the sample to you together with your new order. If there is no recent order, you will need to pay for the shipping fee for us to ship the sample to you.
5-When you get the sample, you can check the quality and style if you are okay with the sample, you need to send 30% of the items value to us, and we will arrange the mass production.
6-Before the shipment, you need to send us the rest payment: 70% of the items costs, and the related shipping fee.
7-After we get the payment, we will arrange the shipment.
